Anyway the way leads are being allocated is by postcode but it's going to take somebody a while to check all the postcodes in an area to find the one that is nearest.

I was wondering if there is something we can get online or do through excel/access or something where we can put all the postcodes in and then when we get a lead, simply enter their postcode and it'll bring up which is nearest?

Thanks - but this isn't really what I need. I was looking for something free as well
I wonder if there is something on excel that can do this….? probably not though
